Raised rate 3x in less than a year. Just paid bill, moved out my belongings, a month before next billing. They don’t prorate so I lose what I just paid. Not fair! They bait you in with a low fee then raise the fee at will. Beware of their policies. Not nice in the office.
Overall the Sparta location is clean and easily accessible. Lisa is a big help when paying for the unit. My biggest complaint which has nothing to do with staff at location but with company as a whole. The amount of times my rent jumped in the 2 years I was there was crazy. No notice on when increase was coming. I had to leave because it became too unaffordable to keep it. ☹️
I've been storing my son's furniture at Sparta Drine up Storage for many years and have always been pleased with the respect I've been given. Great staff! I recommend them to anyone that needs to store their belongings!
I used their storage for 4 plus years. They are friendly people and I was very happy with my experience . A very clean facility!
Good facility but the price increases were too much. Lisa at the front desk is wonderful and very helpful!
