In the short time Robyn has been at Ringoes Storage, she has successfully remediated the months-long problem with my unit's door. She has proven to be resourceful, committed and efficient. I sincerely hope she will be the on-site manager for a long time.
Stay away from this one. Owners stealth increased their fees twice in 4 months (10/24, 1/25) so that we were paying nearly double last year's fee, all due to "increased expenses". Meanwhile the front security gate is non-functioning, there's rust on doors and handles and when we moved out, our items were full of bugs. Stay far away from these money grabbers.
They don’t provide any information about refunds when renting this unit years ago. I guess this changed under new management. I was over paying for years, they have since lowered the rates now checking the website I was paying over $260 a month for 10x10 where you can now get much more space for less.
