Excelent service for my tires, alignment, etc. I just came back to get brakes done, and they again have outdone themselves. Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me every step of the way.
I called Drive Thru Tire after puncturing one of my run flat tires and was desperate to find a place with my tires and a fast turnaround time. They let me bring my car in at 5 PM and let me know the tires would be delivered first thing the next morning, and my car would be ready next day. They suggested a more affordable tire with the same specs and answered all of my questions! I had a five star experience with Drive Thru Tire after being recommended to them by Hanagans in Gaithersburg which is another honest auto shop I've been going to for almost 10 years now. My tire pressure light came on so Kevin Hanagan recommended I see Ian at Drive Thru Tire. Ian and the crew looked at my tire and filled it with air and showed me how the sensors were working. Could not recommend this place more!! Tires are reasonably priced and the service is professional and quite fast. The staff are great guys, very friendly and knowledgeable. This is one of the few places in Germantown where you're not aggressively upsold on stuff you don't immediately need. They also fixed a clog in my washer fluid lines free of charge (thank you Ian!)
