I tried to get my tire patched here and also take a screw out. I brought it in for them to inspect to which they gave me this whole scientific explanation as to why they couldn’t do the patch. Mind you I was trying to get the patch, not a tire plug fix. I ended up going to Mr. Tire in Gaithersburg, they patched it with no hassle and did a great job. 2 weeks with no problems. I’m not sure why this place did not want to fix my tire.. maybe just lazy? Would not recommend this place for tire fixes.
I was driving from Just outside Richmond, Va. to Pittsburgh, Pa. today hauling a 20 ft. trailer. I had a blowout of one of my trailer tires. Searched for trailer tires and Drive Thru was the closest. I got there and in less than 30 minutes I had 2 new tires and I was out the door! I can't support this team here enough! Great JOB!!
I have nothing but a positive stuff to say about drive thru tires. Great communication, great suggestions, amazing customer service. They even got me a very good deal on great tires. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the dmv and I’m sure u won’t be disappointed. Thanks to everyone involved in drive thru tires for giving me a very good experience and service.
Excelent service for my tires, alignment, etc. I just came back to get brakes done, and they again have outdone themselves. Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me every step of the way.
I called Drive Thru Tire after puncturing one of my run flat tires and was desperate to find a place with my tires and a fast turnaround time. They let me bring my car in at 5 PM and let me know the tires would be delivered first thing the next morning, and my car would be ready next day. They suggested a more affordable tire with the same specs and answered all of my questions!
