When they have multiple bays open it is super convenient. Lately, there has only been one bay open so you have to wait a long time before being seen. If you get there after 8:30 am prepare to wait for a looong time.
If you’re gonna have I different drive in garages, please respect your customers’ time and don’t only use one of them. And if you are, please let us know.
I love this location. It’s clean and quick and easy. I’ve never waited more than a few minutes. Staff is always incredibly helpful and kind. Will keep coming back.
IF YOU HAVE AN Appointment FOR A SWAB there is a specific lane you can pull up to! Don't be like me and wait an hour in line Knocking a star because while there is technically a sign, it is pretty small, out of the way, and definitely not noticeable if you have COVID brain fog. But the tech who did my swab let me know there was one so I kept my eyes peeled for it on my way out.
