This is not a company of integrity. I have been waiting over a year for a refund from DriveSmart Warranty. I canceled my service in January 2025 and was told in May 2025 that my refund of $XXXX.XX was calculated and awaiting mailing. Since then, the company has completely stopped responding to my emails. Can not ever speak to a live petson
When we needed to use the Warranty on a transmission repair, they wouldn't cover it. They claimed Ford was know. For having repairs made on their transmissions.
Drive Smart is a scam it’s a front for shady loan companies
Lack of intergrity. VALERIE IS A TERRIBLE WORKER. My car is a total loss from many years ago— i had drivesmart for 9 months paying nearly $900. When i went to use the warranty— they cancelled it because it was a totaled.. i wouldve NEVER signed up if that was told to me! SCAM COMPANY. And they are REFUSING a refund.
