Everything was fine until my 3rd wash. After using the vacuums (which were actually great), I walked to the back of my car and saw the wash had ripped the clear lens off my taillight and scratched the paint. The employee who filed the report was friendly and professional and told me they would review the footage and contact me within 72 hours. That never happened. Scratches all down the side of my car n they won't call me back for a month. Dude said WITHIN 72hrs. Car wash is good til it damages your car then they act like nothin happen
