had a very disappointing experience with Drive & Shine. I canceled my membership, but I was still charged for another billing cycle. I contacted customer service as soon as I noticed the charge and explained that my membership had already been canceled and that I had not used the service during the period I was charged for. Instead of resolving the issue or issuing a refund, they refused to refund my money.
