Fast and eady rental, great customer service
The process of renting a car from Sally is great….they make it super easy. There’s been a couple hiccups along the way…as far as having to switch out cars & such. Everything’s been easy fixes though & they’ve taken care of me as a customer. Good company to rent from & definitely recommend giving them a try. Thanks Sally
The engine light came on in my rental, and started idling rough. Sonny got me into a mechanic, and a tune up was completed, and I was back on the road in 2 hours. Meanwhile, Sonny had reserved another vehicle for me to swap out, just in case the engine issue wasn’t resolved. Drive Sally has great customer service, and Sonny is the best!!
