Horrible company. I don't know what city these other people are from in these reviews, here San Francisco, drive sally has treated me like scum. Predatory practices, false promises; the first car I had they just took it back to "send back to New York" which left me stranded unable to work. Their cars are way overpriced, they gaslight, they hide behind "policy" and when they mess up or their system makes an error and you call them on it, they either don't know what they are talking about or they straight up lie. Fast and eady rental, great customer service
The process of renting a car from Sally is great….they make it super easy. There’s been a couple hiccups along the way…as far as having to switch out cars & such. Everything’s been easy fixes though & they’ve taken care of me as a customer. Good company to rent from & definitely recommend giving them a try. Thanks Sally
The engine light came on in my rental, and started idling rough. Sonny got me into a mechanic, and a tune up was completed, and I was back on the road in 2 hours. Meanwhile, Sonny had reserved another vehicle for me to swap out, just in case the engine issue wasn’t resolved. Drive Sally has great customer service, and Sonny is the best!!
