Great place to work out to gain or maintain strength, flexibility, and balance. Joey and the coaches are will informed and do a great job of educating us on the correct form and posture to do the exercises. All while taking care to not injure or aggravate existing physical conditions. Individual coaching is great and since we live in an aging community of Prescott having a fitness center that meets our needs is great. Highly recommend!
The amount of transformation of health and strength in the last 6 months by learning and doing what they say has been phenomenal! Way more than I ever thought possible! Before even when I thought I was eating healthy I wasn’t it was more healthy ish. This place is great!
DriveRx Fitness is great! Joey really knows his stuff - the most knowledgable trainer in Prescott! He helps you do the work in ways that keep you from getting injured. I lost 10% body fat and gained 12lb of muscle weight in just 6mo! Then after 12mo I went from 95# deadlift to a 385# deadlift, and I've never worked out in a gym consistently before!
I cant even expess the gratidude I feel for my Drive Rx family! This is not just a gym, it is my mental health. Nick, Joey, Andrea, Jeri and Raven have continued to lead me through a mind and body tranformation that has impacted my every day life. This journey has not only impacted my life but has given inspiration to my 15 year old daughter and has shown her that strength not only comes from physical workouts but from a commmunity of support from men and women of all ages and walks of life.
