Customer service at Drive Products is abysmal. Probably the worst I've experienced in my lifetime. I would avoid this company if possible.
Dont make a lot of reviews but just wanted to say I was very happy with the customer service from the shop foreman Al. Got me in and out quick he was to deal with.
They build a great product but don't expect a return email or return phone call Don't waste your time trying to call this branch just call Langfab and get the parts you need
Cannot recommend Al's customer service enough saying he went above and beyond is an understatement, the entire staff is extremely professional, and had me in and out in no time with my repair cost being extremely reasonable. Would absolutely recommend anybody who needs anything hydraulic serviced.
