Unprofessional. Extremely sales-y. If you make the mistake of coming here they will spend more time trying to convince you to pay for their services instead of providing advice, coaching, or training. This establishment is not goal oriented (unless you count their goal of getting your money). I strongly recommend you do not waste your time. Find a personal trainer who is willing to listen and understand your unique background and goals. I felt uncomfortable with their staff.
I’ve never been to a more helpful, kind, and pleasant gym. Would recommend to everyone I know. Edit: I’ve come back to edit this review to say if you are on the fence about this place, or curious why there are two 1-star reviews, I’d suggest checking out their other reviews and you will find they are nothing more than people who find some joy out of giving random places 1-star reviews just because. Staff are very professional, Trevor & Justin (owners) are have degrees in exercise & sport science and certifications as corrective exercise specialists. For me a HUGH step up from sports jocks that think they are qualified trainers. First few sessions are watching how you move and where weaknesses are. After that specific to you workouts. Overall an excellent experience training here.
