I recently purchased a 2019 Honda Accord from Drive Out Motors. While I love the car itself, the overall experience with the dealership was unprofessional and frustrating. I was told by Kelvin that the car would be cleaned and fully detailed before pickup. When I arrived, the vehicle still had visible stains, dust and dirt everywhere, and even old CDs left inside.
