I would first like to start off by saying Steve did a great job. He sold my daughter a car and it was what he said it was and then I started working a deal with him on an SUV and we agreed upon a down payment and all of a sudden he was gone, and some guy was in there named Josh Who decided to up my down payment by $2000 and then told me in order to get the loan, I had to have a warranty and had to have gap insurance. I love my car, but I'd love it more if the windshield had been replaced as promised when I bought it. I had to put about $800 into the brakes, exhaust, and oil change right away so the top to bottom crack almost made me pass the car up. I was promised a dealership discount on the replacement (thought it was strange it was even on the lot with a cracked windshield and that id have to pay to replace it) but it's been a month or so and I've only gotten the run around when trying to schedule the service.
