We purchased the wheelchair from them that needs to be returned. They do not answer emails. Waited on their customer service line for over 20 minutes being told that we were next call to be answered. Not a bad wheelchair, but he didn’t meet our needs, Horrible company in terms of customer service with no way to contact and no response.

The same as another medical supply company. It's USA based, calls are routed overseas. The reps. Are not helpful, some lack to go further into searching for pertinent information for the customer, quick to get one off of the phone and will tell you anything just to end the call. No one's held accountable. Way to go United States based company, awful.

Ordered an elongated lift toilet seat for an upcoming surgery and a raised toilet seat arrived. That’s when the nightmare started. You can’t find a phone number on the website, it took me 20 minutes to click on the return policy way down at the bottom of the page and still no phone number, but you have to provide a lifetime worth of information just to be approved and then I find out it’s in eligible for return even though it’s never been out of its box.
