First of I would have given you a 0 on your review if I could! This is the most uncaring people! I called about a wheel bearing shaft that went out in 2 years. The lady Kim was rude and unsympathetic. All she wanted to do was sell parts. That part is safety issue because if that wheel comes off she would have fallen!
Caring for an elderly parent is not easy, but thank God for this company they were able to step in and replace a mattress and a very quick fashion. Not only do they stand by their product, but they also stand behind the customer customer and trying to make life easier for them. They took a difficult situation in terms of the return and inspection of the product and all the fun stuff that comes with that and they understood the gravity of the situation and they made things much easier on me. Just received a shower safety bench in the mail. One of the plastic plugs tat the top on the back is missing. Trying to get it replaced.
