Incident with elderly relative 10/22 Drive shower fracture under him (wt 160 lb), multiple severe bruising lumbar, chest, face. Received initial response from claims Mgr Andrea Rodriquez which initially seemed helpful. Since sending documentation , has lost emails , no response for weeks and months Have resent info and documents 6x since 1st of ‘23 with no resolution This has been very traumatic to a 89 yr old

You can't talk to customer service about their product,that's a shame.

Large warehouse, despite that only one dock used for shipping. Many trucks gathering around this door blocking exit for loaded truck. To make things worse some time driver sneak into warehouse to make arrangements with supervisor Edgar to jump ahead of waiting line. That leads to situation when two trucks start to maneuver for one door, one truck because it his turn to load, another due to promotion from supervisor Edgar. Poor practice lead to conflict.
