Lift your game, use better shipping networks. Good prices but took 6 days to be picked up by courier, then sat in Sydney for 4 days and almost 2 weeks for delivery when we are within 5 hours of their shop. Easy to blame the freight company, but engage companies who get your products out in a timely manner.
They are not a pool and spa franchise and more expensive, and they try to sell you items that you may not even need.
