I want to praise a swim shop that is incredibly responsible. I've known them for many years, and they always put their customers first. Their boss Zoeb ,is especially patient and just a genuinely great person. I hope everyone goes to their shop; I've been a loyal customer for years and have referred all my friends to them. You won't be disappointed.
Lift your game, use better shipping networks. Good prices but took 6 days to be picked up by courier, then sat in Sydney for 4 days and almost 2 weeks for delivery when we are within 5 hours of their shop. Easy to blame the freight company, but engage companies who get your products out in a timely manner.
They are not a pool and spa franchise and more expensive, and they try to sell you items that you may not even need.
