The service department sucks. They will put off a problem past your 30 days then all of a sudden find the problem that you’ve been reporting and have to pay. They have admitted putting the lowest quality items on the car. So they band aid the car enough for you to get past the 30 days then they charge you for it. Just be prepared to be sold a lemon there. 🤷♀️
I had a great experience! The dent on my passenger side door is completely gone. From start to finish everyone was professional. I even picked my car up to find that it was completely detailed. What a nice surprise!
If you need to buy from here please make sure you've exhausted ALL other options. Vehicles are twice what they're worth, always have multiple mechanical problems after you drive away and payments are extremely high. They changed the contract without prior discussion and never came through with promises stated in writing. This is one time I'll take the "credit hit" so they can have this POS back!!
