We visited Drive Direct in Columbus in July 25 and purchased a 4Runner from Paul. We got a great deal and Paul was one of the best sales guy ever had.

I spoke with a salesman via text, and then went to the dealership the next day. Everyone there was wonderful. They have hundreds of very nice used cars here, and we ended up purchasing a 2013 Toyota Highlander. The A/C didn't work, so I left the vehicle there so they can repair it. They made it easy. The salesman I worked with was selling his best friend a car, if that tells you anything! Wonderful people, and we are very pleased with our purchase! Go check them out if you're looking for a good used car!
Purchased 2 cars here same day. No haggle pricing and “as-is” vehicles. Okay, no problem. So I ask very specific questions seeing there is no warranty. How are the tires? Braking system okay? Sales person tells me , “We inspect all vehicles before selling to ensure nothing is wrong out the door”… ok cool. Brakes were also good? Answer was “they are perfect!” and they are “new” . Clarence, let me try/test drive two models and I was looking at a third no pressure to buy offered me excellent service details on each car. Explain the warranty and we shook hands and I’m going to make the purchase.
