Brian paul salesman offer me a great customer service, he was honest and very knowable about the car inventory and help me with the paperwork. I bought a 12’ CTS Cadillac at his dealer and I had never had any car issues will mostly definitely used him on the future. I will highly recommend him to my friends and family.
Bought a car, brought it in for a engine noise, they ended up replacing the entire engine which was ícovered under warranty. Kelly and all the staff involved at new hope drive appeal were amazing I would give more then 5 stars if that were an option . Customer service is a thing of the past in the world we live in today.
