Do not go here! My Tesla has been damaged so bad that I’ve had to now sent it to a different shop to fix the mistake they made. For example I had white overspray all over my car and they even delay the car about 5 times they finally said it was done I get there and they had forgot to tint the window so I had 3 tinted windows and 1 without how do you even do that.
I have had a wonderful experience with the repair service and reception staff (thank you Dean and Rose and the many people who helped fix my windscreen after the hail). The location is easy to find, communication was clear, the coffees were lovely and I felt welcome waiting there with my kids. It was an unexpected bonus that the team also cleaned the inside of my car. They really went above and beyond to help over the Christmas break :) thank you!
If you want your car to be slightly modified when placed back together with no panels lining up or parts stolen from your car, then go here. I have had my rims stolen and my interior carpets stolen in span of 3 weeks. They even forgot to place the tyre pressure label back onto my car when the fuel lid wasn't even damaged in the original accident. Their excuse was "sorry we forgot" yet it was somehow check by 2 QC personnel before sign off Detailing..............well that doesn't exist. I wouldn't trust these guys with a spoo... read more
