Pros The repairs appear to be done well Cons Car had lots of new scruff and scratches, inside and out They took it for a joy ride - I can see power consumption sky high in the app Lots of rust specks all over the car, must not have been shielded from fabrication work Black grease marks all over the seats, yes, every seat At least 5 delays to expected completion time They don't give a crap about looking after other people's property.
I had panel beating work arranged through my insurance for my BYD Sealion 7, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The car was booked in around March, and after several months I still have not received the car back. The communication has been poor, and the whole process has caused a lot of frustration. I was first told that the windscreen had been accidentally broken while the car was with them. Disorganized and poor communication with updates when there are delays. Had to regularly ring to see what was happening. Got the car back and found issue with the air con. Now waiting again for the car to be fixed and the insurer to approve. Staff on the phones, especially Dean did try to be very helpful but issues seem to be elsewhere in the business.
Terrible. Damaged our car and then tried to claim on our insurance. Absolutely Dodgey- do not go here
Trying to get a response to my email requesting a quote for a replacement windscreen on my Tesla which was sent over 24 hours ago. Considering it is unroadworthy, the lack of urgency is unacceptable
