July 26, 2024 1:31 PМ Newport News I-64. Even though Virginia has a law against cruising in the left lane, it was obvious this driver could care less. Also, I want to mention the fact that anytime a car went to go around this driver, they sped up so that cars in the right lane could not overtake them.
