I had an extremely poor experience with Amy Driscoll. She was appointed as the guardian ad litem for my two year old son. As a mother, I hoped I would be treated with respect and given the chance to have a voice, from supposedly unbiased court personnel, especially during a very sensitive family matter. Amy is a very poor attorney, especially when selected as a Guardian Ad Litem for the courts. Her report was riddled with errors, she was caught lying on the stand when cross-examined, and overbilled for work that was done at the last minute. Her conclusions were not based on research or medical fact but her personal opinion. She also rushed to finish her report at the last minute and couldn't recall the most basic facts when on the stand.
