My son was referred for additional therapy on April 14. It is May 23 and the clinic who was supposed to receive the referral, has yet to receive anything. I called the high risk clinic 2 times and asked very nicely if they can resend the referral. Somehow the therapy clinic has not received anything therefore I call back for a 3rd time and AGAIN nicely ask if the referral can be sent again. On this day 3/13/25 the nurse was extremely rude to my wife and Would give attitude for absolutely no reason. If you hate your job , you should look for another career .
Waited over an hour and a half and when I ask about the wait, she said doctor still have 3 other patients, so I walked out. The waiting room is also uncomfortably hot with no AC or water for the patients!
