Disappointed in Dripworks customer service. We have been loyal customers of the company since 2016. We purchased 500’ of 9” emitter hose last winter to prepare for spring because rabbits had chewed the hoses. When we connected them this spring only about1/4 of the emitters work. We were told they couldn’t do anything about it because we left them out all winter. Then when we said no, they were in our workshop waiting for spring to install, they told us they couldn’t help us because we waited too long to install. Go figure. T... read more
