We had a leaking pipe from a hose bib. Micah came out, diagnosed the issue, and did the repair with a minimum of intrusion into the wall. He was quick and efficient and very helpful. Drips and Drains’ whole system for booking appointments, confirming details, general communication, and billing is extremely professional and streamlined - very impressed and would definitely use them again.

Mark did an excellent job investigating the source of the flood. He had the right equipment and was efficient and professional. He found roots in the City's portion of the pipe and removed them. I am happy to have contacted Drips and Drains.
