I was really disappointed with my experience at Dripping Auto Pros. I brought my brand new Tesla Model Y in August 2023 for their 5-Year Ceramic Coating Package, which included ceramic coating, tinting, and “three-step paint correction.” When first I picked up my car from them, there were still bird-dropping etchings on the hood that they claimed were a "factory paint defect"—a claim later disproven by another shop that successfully corrected it. I brought an old car from Maine that had a lot of pine sap and grime from sitting outside and for the quoted price I have to say I am very happy with the result. Great communication and very good service! 5 stars will be returning with other vehicles!
I have been using Dripping Auto Pros since I moved to Dropping Springs from Houston in 2022. They have taken great care of my 2020 Mustang GT PP2 - first doing a ceramic re-coating, and then using the carbon based Revivify. I track regularly at Circuit of the Americas and the carbon coating has been performing wonderfully.I take the car regularly to Ken and Warren for maintenance washes and full decon and rejuvenation to keep the protection strong. Had a great experience with Ken and his team. They installed tint on the front windows of our Lincoln Aviator. They started right at the scheduled time and finished early. I highly recommend Dripping Auto Pros!
