First time customer after my last time ever going to great clips. Alex got me in to fix my beard he had me in and out about 10 minutes and he had me looking far sharper than I was coming im so glad I decided to go to him rather than try to fix the sloppy trimmer I got at great clips myself. Will be a returning customer I've never been so impatient for my beard to grow back to get the full experience. Thanks again Alex!!
