I was really looking forward to my appointment and had high hopes for this business, but unfortunately, my experience left me very disappointed. My appointment was scheduled for 6:10 PM, and I arrived a little early. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes without any update. I didn’t receive a call or message until 6:50 PM, saying their 6:00 PM appointment was running behind , which confused me, since my appointment was at 610.
