I was really excited and I am highly disappointed! The costumer service suck , when I first got there I wasn’t greeted both employees were busy ! But that wasn’t the problem for me the problem is that I was told to come back same date a month from that date and that I would be sent a update on when I’m able to pick it up ! Haven’t heard anything from them so I decided to call ! I called about 8 times no response straight to voicemail! The team at DRIP Ybor were friendly and engaging, and provided guidance to ensure a safe and fun experience. The owner was super easy to work with and provided insight as to the various options available for our outing.
