Such a fun group. Went for Pilates yesterday with my sister (have never done Pilates before) and loved it!
I’ve been with dripsweat for nearly 8 months with the unlimited pass now and it has been such an important addition to my life! Janice has created an encouraging fitness community here in the heights with trainers like Canela, Max, Danny, Rob that care enough to push everyone toward better health and to have fun with the process. Class feels like having a personal trainer but without the cost and with maximum flexibility in scheduling. If you’re thinking about it, just give it a month ands see how it feels
Joining DripSweat was definitely the best decision I made for myself in January 2025! This entire year I've been supported, inspired and pushed to my better version by the entire DripSweat team. I'm really grateful they are part of our community and really care to build and create spaces that are inclusive and safe for all. I love coming here for a great start to my day. Also love getting a drink or smoothie after, it’s really amazing energy! The instructors are all amazing and explain everything to understand and perform better
