The staff was so friendly and professional
Ashley at the front Desk was amazing. I was running alittle late and she made accommodations for my party. It was amazing experience for my 1st time and definitely not my last time. Everything was clean and organized. The Saunas having Bluetooth and TV was a plus and it having a cellphone window was cool. I did the cold plunge it was a great experience, felt like it worked. I love infrared sauna. And I'm a follower Wim Hoff So the cold plain after the sauna is awesome. I prefer more privacy than this facility offers for the Sauna part... And they need hooks on the wall in the bathroom where you're changing. Other than that, it was awesome.
