This place is not great. First off, the desk workers are sweet and they’re great. (Love you guys, sorry I need to write this. Its no offense to you lovely ladies) The business itself (the owner) is TERRIBLE. It just seems like the owner doesnt care at all. Never responsive to comments, ive literally been told “owner doesnt care about his customers, they can complain all they want”. Also equipment is never repaired. I became a member this month and they've updated their hours multiple times already. store hours says open but no one's even here. Update: 3 hours later and its still closed
