First time ever trying light therapy, sauna and cold plunge...I feel like my mood has instantly been lifted which I needed, I have a pinched nerve and am hoping to relieve inflammation around neck joints to avoid having to take meds for the pain. I'm glad you guys are in cleburne! Would highly recommend if you need to destress.
