When I had an issue with a microspray stake and riser leaking due to a manufacturer problem, Drip Rite immediately stepped up and suggested that they would immediately send replacement parts at no cost. I suggested that they try assembling a sample before sending them, they assembled all 100 parts and shipped them quickly. Great customer service!
I received the 1/2" barbed shutoff valves quickly. When I tried to fit the valve to my 1/2" poly drip line the valve was much too large. When I spoke to the Drip Rite representative I was told there would be a re-stocking charge and I would receive a percentage of my purchase price. I asked if I would receive a valve that would fit and he said no. That was the size they had, so that was that.
