THIS IS NOT EVEN A ONE STAR!!! We ordered our food and it took 2 hours to come! To top it off it IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER. We ordered a full meal and spent �60 on this and yet it came with 2 chicken tikka starters COLD. I’m am absolutely disgusted with the service. Kept ending the phone on us when we kept asking for a refund !!!DO NOT ORDER from here !!!!
I recently visited Drip London in Clerkenwell and had such a great experience. The location is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and the DJ was playing really good music, which set the tone for the whole evening. I booked a table for 2 on open table. On Google,it says the bar is opened. When I went there, it is completely shut down. I have tried to ring their phone numbers and Whatspp but no answer.
If I could give this restaurant minus stars I would. I booked for my birthday and turned up to a closed restaurant, no notification or signage to notify me they would not be open. They were not answering the bell or the phone and were actually still accepting bookings whilst being closed. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. Poorly run business by individuals who clearly have no respect for their customers.
I didn’t think restaurants like this still existed. Firstly, train your team! They clearly didn’t want to be there. Secondly, the bottomless brunch menu is already limited for vegetarians so to be told they run out of main dishes (10mins after opening) was bad but the worst part, they substituted it by bringing me FOUR of the same thing, which tasted so dry we sent it back.
