DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE. They have gone bust. They have run off with peoples money. I last spoke with them on the 15th of DEC 2023 as I have $1,200 in gift vouchers & they did not mention closing down. They are not contactable via phone or email. Very poor behaviour from a company.
Unfortunatly, I have now spent the last 4 weeks trying to get my money back as they took it very eageryly, booked the appointment and then never showed up. No reply to any of my messages or emails and it is clear that they have no intentions of ever giving the money back they took. Stealing from sick people? Next level bad!
After many failed attempts at over 4 weeks of calling, emailing, contacting socials regarding a refund of $1600 for a service that couldn’t be provided. After being told that the refund would be back into my account after 3-5 business days. Nothing!!! I have called nearly everyday and been told the same thing “accounts department will contact you back later today” please be aware that if you purchase anything through this company and there is an issue, there is literally no way of contacting anyone in management .
