Customer service experience was wonderful. I had some questions about some things that I was ordering and I got more than the answers I was looking for, which made it very easy for me to place my order. It said there may be a shipping delay, however, my order was shipped within 24 hours. Easy ordering, fast and complete answers, quick shipping...overall, they have exceeded my expectations!

RecommendedI ordered some emitter tubing and connectors. My order arrived quickly and was complete. At first I had an issue with the connector fitting the tubing - it would not go into the tube. It’s always nerve-wracking when you purchase from someone new online. I usually default back to the well-known stores like HD, Lowes, Walmart, etc… However, I’m very glad I trusted my gut that you were a legit company because the experience has been incredible. I immediately had communication about my order which helped to ease my buyer's remorse and then it shipped quickly. You have earned a life-long customer.
Not recommended. They sold me a defective controller and then refused to accept a return for store credit (not even a refund), disingenuously claiming that their system “purges” all credit card data after 90 days, even though I wasn’t asking for a refund. And this after I had already given them a follow-up order for even more supplies. Shop your local Ace, Home Depot, or Lowes all of which understand customer service and its connection to repeat customers.
Our items arrived before expected and in excellent condition. Great quality and a fantastic price. I will absolutely use Drip Depot again. Not to mention, those tootsie rolls in the packaging were so thoughtful and a cute idea! A little extra to make the customer feel appreciated.
Fantastic! Ordered 10am on Saturday. Was shipped by afternoon. Arrived on Wednesday. Ordered 100s of parts. All arrived in the exact number ordered. Free shipping over $50. Prices comparable or better to home depot or Lowe's. Decided try them because of the pandemic and will definitely order from Drip Depot again!
Amazing customer service. I'm new to drip irrigation and ordered a few of the wrong parts, Drip Depot was super helpful in helping me find what I needed and made returns easy! My order shipped with lightening speed, all items were well packed and accounted for.
