I went to the 4550 grand river howell location, on Saturday 3/28/2026 for a wash. I paid for the most expensive wash they have which costed $25. I drive a 2007 ram 3500. I pulled up, they waved me right into the drive through, guided me where I needed to stop and put my truck in neutral. Been trying to cancel my monthly since September. They have confirmed each month of cancellation even accepted bank disputes but here it is 2026 and they are still trying to charge me!! Their car wash service is terrible. Poor prewash, rims don‘t get cleaned, dryers drag down my truck…. Scanners work 80% of the time. Hours are so-so. Don’t waste your money!!!
Premium Car Wash and unbelievable FREE VACUUM at a great price using the monthly membership in this area where my black car gets fairly dirty fairly quickly... Drip Car Wash has the most rinses and brushes and devices I have ever seen in any car wash... fairly good dryer too. Cloths available for self-rubdown if so desired. Hands down the best car wash in the area and perhaps the entire state! No, I was not paid to say this. I am just a grateful customer. 17 July 2025
How do I cancel this monthly membership??
I unwittingly signed up for reoccurring monthly unlimited car washes. I was not told that I’d be charged every month. I prefer to pay for the things I want to purchase by myself.
