Just bought a new Quadking. Very friendly, very helpful, not pushy at all. We got a great deal. Quite a bit cheaper than anyone else. Would definitely recommend them.

Purchased a bike from Drinnons Cycle. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Not to mention got a great deal on the bike I was looking for ! This is the first bike I have purchased from them. Very pleased.

I've been riding bikes for 35 yrs, been visiting & buying bikes in stores across the nation. There is NO store like Drinnon's Cycle. I do NOT know how they stay in business when their "people skills" are less than ZERO, a smile could help !!!! You do NOT go into that store to browse, kick tires, sit on bikes, or carry on small talk. I know the owner and his wife, and they know me ..... Inconsistent customer service – I have been to the srore many times and sometimes they make you feel like they really want to answer any question you might have and they are very friendly; however, there have been times when I have stopped by and they were very rude and acted like it was inconvenient for me to be there looking at their inventory. Bent over backwards to help me. – Our experiences with Drinnon Cycle have been 100% positive. Joe never fails to be friendly and helpful. He is knowledgeable and committed to good customer service. When cycle dealers all over the country are folding their tents due to the economy,, Drinnon manages to keep a great inventory on hand and if he doesn't have what you're looking for on the floor, he will find it and go get it for you. Even if we're just stopping in to bat the breeze, Joe and Betty are always available to us.

very poor customer service – My family and I have had 2 very bad experinces with this store. # 1. The owner yelled at my son over touching a dirt bike that we were looking to buy. #2. They had told me I had to pay for a recall on my husbands street bike since I didnt buy it there. They said I had to pay for parts and labor. When we aske the store we bought it from they said NO thats not true. When we confronted them about it the owner said I was a liar and told me theres the door take it and get out!
