Called Drimaxx for emergency services, and they show up two days later, that’s not emergency. They don’t answer or return calls. I am currently opening a claim with Better Business Bureau and will follow this issue right to court!
Called Drimaxx for emergency services, and they show up two days later, that’s not emergency, also they’re price gouging and overcharging for emergency services, which is capped off at $3000 on insurance policies. They just sent my insurance company an invoice for over $11,000 for EMS, then they send another invoice for over $8000 For mold. not only did they not fix the mold problem but now they’re overcharging for that too, this is price gouging at its finest, and don’t expect any good customer service from Alex. They tried to claim labor hours when they were not even there. Guess they didn't see the doorbell camera.
American home shield sent an emergency plumbing company and Drimaxx to evaluate a leak stain in the living room celing, under my second floor bathroom. The plumbers suspected that the leak could be coming from the tub but could not confirm because they could not fully access the tub valve due to tiles encasing it. Drimaxx utilized infared camera to detect areas of moisture but it was still challenging to find the exact cause and suggested cutting into the ceiling to get more information. After going through American Home Shield for a leak in my bathroom, 24 hour emergency plumbing was called out. They were unable to cut the tile to access the leak and called Drimaxx out to pinpoint the moisture and detected lots of black mold. My home warranty wouldn’t cover any of the plumbing leak repair because the original plumbing company disappeared/ never returned phone calls/ emails to provide evidence of the original leak (more on this part later) and Drimaxx couldn’t get a hold of them either.
