I’m extremely satisfied with the services at Dr. Ilango & Associates. They truly have some of the best dental professionals I’ve ever met — skilled, caring, and highly professional. They filled and restored my teeth exactly the way I wanted, and also gave me one of the best dental cleanings I’ve ever had. The quality of their work, the friendly attitude of the staff, and the cleanliness of the clinic were all outstanding. If you’re dealing with any dental issues, I highly recommend visiting this clinic.

It appears that my account was hacked and a malicious review was posted due to a login on a public computer. While I had a good experience during my time at this location ~10 years ago, I had received a call about the (now deleted) review in an accusatory manner. No apology was given for the false accusation. Despite attempts to explain that it was not a real review and they could simply report, I was continually insulted and berated over the phone. 4 stars for the service, -1 for professionalism.
Waiting times were atrocious - if you have an appointment for 2 PM, expect to be outside around 6:30pm at the earliest. While the service from the dental hygienists and the orthodontist were okay, some business practices from an administration standpoint ultimately compelled me to leave a 1-star review. My whole family went to Dr. Illango for a while, as his office was close by and had competitive pricing.
