Patients are pressured to leave 5-star reviews while still in the office, often in front of staff. This is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. I repeatedly felt uncomfortable being asked to rate the clinic on the spot and would say my phone wasn’t working just to avoid the situation, even after being asked multiple times. This is a sketchy, profit-driven practice that prioritizes image and money over patient comfort and professionalism. I would not recommend this establishment and would not give it even one star.
