Waiting times were atrocious - if you have an appointment for 2 PM, expect to be outside around 6:30pm at the earliest. While the service from the dental hygienists and the orthodontist were okay, some business practices from an administration standpoint ultimately compelled me to leave a 1-star review. My whole family went to Dr. Illango for a while, as his office was close by and had competitive pricing. Awful receptionist who speaks over people, refuses to offer services for the Canadian Dental Care Program. Would not recommend trusting your health or care to such terrible people. Expect they would accidentally pull the wrong tooth.
