At first, I was very leery about trusting drill dental with a tooth implant Because it’s the very first tooth, you see in my mouth When I smile 😃 After doing some research, I decided to give them a try. When you go to drill dental do not pay up front fees because if the service is not provided they will not refund you any of the money. They are very unprofessional the dentist did not finish the root canal and was charge for a crown that I never received due to the tooth crack. I am out the money and being charged interest on my card. When I ask for refund the dentist who is in the offices refuses to acknowlege the situation. There are numerous complaints about this office. Please beware.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Drill Dental office, characterized by unethical and possibly fraudulent billing practices, as well as unprofessional behavior from the staff. On April 4th, I visited Dr. Gruenberg due to severe pain in tooth #3, which was diagnosed as a root canal infection. Despite providing dual MetLife insurance coverage (mine and my wife’s), the office insisted on a $1,200 deposit upfront, assuring me that any overpayment would be refunded after insurance payments were processed. I am a very sensitive patient, and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Alex Gruenberg and his entire team at Drill Dental Bar. I had major dental work done, and Dr. Gruenberg handled everything quickly, patiently, and with great care.
