I would never use this title company again. IF you must use Driggs Title, follow every piece of the transaction with a very watchful eye. My home in Prescott closed 12/19. The closing papers I signed did not include the correct commission, and I was emailed a corrected closing statement to sign the morning of closing, with a different proceeds amount. My proceeds were wired to my financial institution with an incorrect account # and I did not receive the funds until 12/22, after a considerable amount of effort on my part. To... read more
