We worked with Tricia Hinrichs and Kari from Driggs title agency at the Scottsdale, AZ location. We found Tricia to be rude and we almost couldn't close on the house due to this agency. These people don't reveal their fees upfront and tack them on at the last minute with no prior information. In this case, Tricia failed to get a disclaimer deed signed from us that is necessary to be done before closing.
