UPDATE: Turns out Driggs Title also has been wondering why the payment never went through and was reversed by Mr Cooper mortgage. Problem wasn’t caused by them at all; the mortgage company took matters and action doing things without my confirmation nor title companies resulting in this mess. Situation got resolved with mortgage company and title company in a quick manner. Driggs communicates effectively and aims to do the right thing.
