On the day of the close of escrow there was no direct communication with the Seller of the property. The initial settlement statement was only provided once requested by the listing agent. The initial settlement statement had incorrect commission figures, the subsequent settlement statement had inaccurate property tax collection which changed the bottom line proceeds by several thousands of dollars.
