This title company had me come in to sign closing documents for the sale of my house on Monday. On Tuesday, they closed escrow and transferred the title to the buyers. On Wednesday, AFTER they closed, they stated they would withhold my funds in escrow. It is now Thursday and there is absolutely no reason or court order to withhold my funds. I still have not received my seller proceeds. I would not recommend this title company to anyone. I have opened a police report with Chandler PD to investigate this matter.
Brad was great! He made the entire process so simple and straightforward. Communication was excellent and I always knew where we were in the process. Thanks again!
