Absolutely overpriced lumber. I paid nearly triple for the same amount of lumber as I did compared to the lumberyard near downtown halfmoon bay
I had to break out a piece of concrete. I had tried a 20lb sledge hammer, and my rotohammer all to no avail. Tom had a 35lb breaker (small jackhammer) that he suggested. It was the perfect tool and it served quite well.
