New Customer Experience: I was able to communicate with Jill ahead of time on how I planned to transition from my faded copper red to my natural brunette color with blonde highlights. She worked closely with Cassie to reach my desired look and provided educational points for Cassie throughout my appointment. Cassie was so professional and a pleasure to sit for! I was a walk in, not knowing the quality of hair cut, but due to timing I was taking chances on quality. We hair cut was my worst cut as far back as I can remember. Then I checked out and was shocked at $40 for the cut. The highest I can remember paying for a hair cut was $25. MODIFIED This was adjusted and they provided a partial repayment. When I left in shock I made a comment they wouldn't be in business too long. GOOD LUCK. Oh, my cutter didn't even have a year's worth of experience and her experience was only part time.... read more
