The Driftwood dentists and staff are wonderful. My husband and I have been seeing them for years. One day, I chipped two teeth, and they saw me within an hour of my call. They're the best!
This was my first visit to Driftwood Dental as a new patient. I was made to feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door. The front office staff were friendly and helpful. Maria did a great job taking x-rays and digital impressions of my teeth. Tracy, my hygienist, gave me a superb cleaning, as well as explaining different procedures, and checking to make sure that I was comfortable during my cleaning. They are not clear about their policies. There is a 48 hour $50 CANCELLATION FEE. They do not send reminders and I was also going to be a first time patient. No thank you. Transparency is key to trust! (EDIT) adding stars for efforts on rectification.
I am delighted with the result of two new crowns Dr. Prasad Vasamsetti did for me. The staff took great care to ensure the fit was perfect and I felt no pain post-procedure. I was referred to Driftwood Dentistry, and the entire staff is wonderful — including Dr. Turek! They truly care about their patients, take their time, and are extremely thorough. My experience with the hygienist, Tracy, was one of the best I’ve ever had. We shared some great belly laughs, and you can absolutely tell how much she cares about her work.
