Office Overcharge for service before knowing how much insurance would cover. After payment then at a followup, office attempted to collect additional Charges prior to receiving payment from Insurance, which would have been over $365 over their quoted Client Responsibility. Told I would receive a call when they figured out what happened but a call never came. When I visited and inquired, the finger was pointed at someone who wasn't present. Friendly and attentive staff, modern equipment and incredible clinical knowledge and care equals one thing……a Beautiful experience.
I have never felt so comfortable in a dental office as I do at Driftwood. The staff really went above and beyond for me. I have pretty severe anxiety when it comes to dental work, and since my very first visit, I’ve been treated with care and compassion. I cannot recommend Driftwood and Dr Turek enough! Especially if you also suffer from mental health problems.
Staff is so nice and professional makes you look forward to going to the Dentist !!!
