I am a 74 year old woman who lives with chronic pain since I was in my 40’s, due to fibromyalgia and three car accidents. Of all the massage therapists I’ve ever had, I am happy to say that Bryan Nam is the best.
I've been doing here for about 2 months so feel that I can give an pretty accurate review. As someone completely new to and very intimidated by Crossfit I have had such a positive experience here. Emilio was great to work with for my 3 session fundamentals, and the coaches who run the daily workouts are awesome. They push out to your limit but it a good way.
