New management took over in April, raised our rent and started remodeling the place immediately. The landlord and the remodeling crew pestered me for months trying to convince me to move units to one of their new ugly designed one and when I wouldn’t budge the upstairs unit flooded both that unit and mine. Landlord refused to offer any compensation for the damages aside from fixing the holes in my ceiling. Not even a sorry just talked my ear off about moving units. I toured Driftwood Apartments today and there is new management. Very exciting improvements going on here! The interior updates are very nice, and exterior updates are currently in progress. Management is very responsive. I like this community.
