If I could rate this place zero I would, I have been living in this place for almost 2 years just because they allow dogs and I have two. But this place is an awful place to live. There are multiple reasons first and foremost management is HORRIBLE, they never listen to your concerns or complaints, they never fix anything, they don’t keep up with maintenance, they are never available. Lived here for a year and it was disgusting and nothing worked. We had a broken fence around our patio with an 8 foot drop into barbed wire they wouldn’t fix. There was also black mold growing inside they wouldn’t get rid of, after their laundry facilities had flooded into our apartment. We couldn’t get ahold of anyone about leaving the building at the end of the lease until I finally threatened to submit a formal legal complaint. Then they got back to me within a few hours.
